I sorted it out (somehow or atleast I found the problem):

I have tested it on a english version of Windows and there the speech gets installed. It seams to be an error with the installer that when you are installing the english version on a german windows he does not find the speech files, because the installer starts in german.

Is there a way to force the installer to start in english? some comando line or something?

@Nike-it: To imply that the legal version can't have this problem is a little harsh, because you tell indirect we are pirates what is not true as you can see above.

Well, sorry, I didn't suspect you in piracy or anything similar.
To solve your problem please contact the support team (support@1cpublishing.eu), they may know how avoid german during installation.

You get what you want. Even if we don't get what we want (voices).
I think it could be a problem with german vista 64 bit.

@unforgiven: Do you have a english version of windows at hand, for example at work as I did? there it installs fine and you can copy out the speech files manualy and copy it over to your german windows install.

Perhaps 1C will pubish the speech files as workaround for guys like us who have this problem...
