What to do?

Please help, I am having the same problem! If you hit retry, nothing happens, if you hit abort, well doh. If you hit ignore, the game continues installing but if you attempt to play the game there is no armour units in the same, and there are serious bugs!!

Please Help!!

I bought my game from gogamer and it just came in the mail. Im not sure of the question the admin here is asking. Says Best Way, 1C company on the back of the box, like I said before I bought it from gogamer.com as an import.

Kuma Core AMD 64 proc OCed to 3.1 Ghz
8 gb memory 4x2 G skill F2-6400
ATI Radeon 4870x2

The demo runs FINE on my computer, Also when I install this game and ignore the said file, the game starts up and runs fine except for the fact there is no armour in the game, only infantry. E.G. on the first Russian map, there is no armoured car at the start or burned out ones.
