4.13.4 fix is only for 4.13.3 stock game... and i'm really not sure that stock game support any size of skin more than 1024 px...

Mike's (storebror) 24-bit classes/dll's do support 2048/4096 skins. Ran them no problem with v4.13.3 game. But as said, with v4.13.4 instant CTD when choosing 2048/4096 skins with the 24bit (under misc option) either on or off.

I put more value on the flight model than on 24 bit skins!

That's good for you! If I wan't flight models, I make my own. Not being able to use 2048/4096 skins in v4.13.4 is very disappointing. I like to sit in the cockpit look out at the wings and count every rivet, see every scratch, in HD. But that's just me.
