Could be low ram most systems are running @ 4 Gig min these days
 But Slovakia will be likely to show ram errors as well. Settings look ok except for HardwareShaders=0 under OGL can be HardwareShaders=1 for better water textures.

I changed HardwareShaders from 0 to 1 but I can’t see any difference. The water looks exactly the same as it did before
 But I’ve got a question. Do you know how to install more RAM without buying a new computer? Because right now I’m a little out of money
