Problem with shader model 4.0

lol... There is quite a big difference between SM 3.0 and SM 4.0. Do you want to see that difference ? Check this screens (SM 3.0 on the left and SM 4.0 on the right):

The top ones I can accept, but I never got the drastic difference of the bottom ones.

This is ridiculous!!! I ran the whole game on SM3.0 and SM4.0 on a 4870 and SM3.0 looks no where as bad as they do in your screen shots...you running SM3.0 with low texture resolution or something? In fact, playing the game after seeing your outlandish post I compared the two and in my eyes there are literally no differences WHAT SO EVER!

Are you OK man ? It's not a fake. And i am not running low texture resolution. There's a qiute big diffrence between these screens...

Just want to say im running a 4870x2 using catalyst 9.6, on a windows 2003 64bit machine, using a geniune physx ppu, and having NO problems at all.
