Make sure you back up your old dll's before replacing them with the new ones.

Hi Alpha,

It looks like your rar is misisng the latest DLLs. The latest is a set issued on March 13, 2008. It is buried on page 5 of the "New set of DLLs, from February 27th, 2008" thread.

The files can be found here, they are still available, posted by KYA.

When I setup the sim to use both options to 1 a black box is flashing on bottom left corner inside the cockpit.
use3renders=1 and hardwareshaders=1

I tested with 4.08m version and all 5 versions 4.09bm dlls set that appear in this thread.

Do the new DLL files change any system files in Windows when the game with the new DLL runs?

These are the graphics dll's for IL2 only.

It will not affect windows file system as they are installed into the IL2 directory.
