Weeeell... actually there is one quest that contains a flower - and I never tried to take this specific flower to Amelie first (instead to the originator of the quest) and I do not remember anyone ever tried it... so actually it is up to you to find out if this one possible quest works... I mean for Amelie (as hidden quest)...
