Oh, quest related, sloppy reading on my part. The Lucky guy is in East Freedom Islands, in the mines. I can't remember who Redbeard is though, I'll tell you if you elaborate a bit.

No, the mine is not the museum. The mines are on a separate island. You'll have to fight a few neutral stacks to get to the cave entrance, inside which is Lucky's castle. If I recall correctly, Redbeard's house is also on this island, they are old enemies I think.

Do you read the quest texts at all? You're supposed to get that information from there. Anyhow, the way to Kordar is through Arlania.

Looks to me like you don't understand any part. Go to Arlania, enter the mines, you'll get to Kurdar eventually.

Well, it's okay to ask questions when you're really stumped. But if you ask them without having explored sufficiently, it will spoil your enjoyment of the game.
