Leadership difference in War/Pally/Mage

Warrior always has biggest army and I suggest you to play with your warrior little more. I started as warrior and bought only skills from magic tree at the beginnig and I almost decided to start again as Mage. Luckily I played some more, developed Might tree and now with Order and Disortion Magic at lvl3 and almost all skills from Might and Mind tree at lvl 3 I'm enjoying Warrior as hell.
