Where to hire Black Dragons?

I found dragons to be difficult opponents but not so effective in my own army. The only place they really helped me was the final fight.

Oh, and heroes fans can tell you that having too many dragons is not a good thing

Dragons aren't best IMO until you have very high leadership (like 15-20k). They are however very useful in the endgame (i.e. Haas' Labyrinth and Murock). Usually I stock up on Black, Red and Green dragons after completing Land of the Dead and Demonis. I would never use Bone Dragons though - they are terrible.

The final fight is VERY easy with dragons.
