i have founf a quest i havent done yet.

the griffin king second quest to make a portrait of him. in 3rd quest part i gotta find iron ore for some rude little dwarf in arlania.

any one know whereto find the 7 iron ore parts? in creiston mines?

Yes they are all in Creiston mines. Look for the red pieces of ore that are on the small wooden vehicles.

If you mean the elven continent, you can travel there the same way you travel to the islands of freedom - by talking to the captain in Greenwort.

I was there before but forgot and am totally lost, how do I get to Lower Kadar?

Its driving me nuts I keep exiting at Upper Kadar which I have cleared.

Use lifts (or elevators, if you are American...) from Upper Hadar to Lower Hadar, there are plenty of them.
