Enemy Orc Adrenaline is fine, however i recall it being heavily bugged in Wotn. Hopefully Fire and Ice fixes things.

Im afraid to say yes and see Goblin Shamans astral attack kill half of my precious Dragons stack turn 1..

I think the problem with Orcs is they have no innate resistances at all. Thats why nobody use them in CW, ever. Wouldn't be unrealistic to give some of them Physical resistance or something.

Yeah, true. Maybe they could gain resistances with adrenaline? Then again there is also Divine Armor... if costly. But I think Veteran orcs and Ogres/Chieftains do have physical resistance.
