Since these are navy planes, measurement should be in knots. AFAIK army planes used metric system.

also in the ki-45 there is a either a small flat piece of armored glass directly in front of the sigth or there is some type od distortion past the sight, kinda looks like a flat armored glass but not rendered all around.
