ALL FIXED!
It was the AMD Athalon .Dll error, if anyone is interested.....I thought I had better re-aquaint my self with EVERYTHING because this became such a big deal. So when I saw what CPU it was, I remembered that there was a .dll file issue going from 4.08 to 4.09. I did a search and found the fix, simple copy and paste two files. Copy the files to a separate folder before 4.09 install, overwrite files after.

NOW...... can I put all my great mods back on? HSFX and whatever else??? OR am I going to cause more problems????
