I can't find the problem, but my next idea is the following: After finishing the Quest Dwarven Love/Trapped Demoness, you get the portal to Demonis. You got this one on your "New Kordar"-Map, right?

Did you talk to Xeona again in Demonis? This will trigger the quest Make Peace With The Demons and in this quest you need to talk to Korn Digor. Maybe then you are able to get the quest Alliance with the dwarves, which is the one you require to proceed!?

Strange! Normally you should have an option to talk about the betrayal of Eric & Co..

Last idea for the moment is trying to talk to Las Ksarind or Rezo again. Maybe you missed an option here!? Did you check the quest list from ivra?

Thanks, but of course I talked with them, and with any character I could reach. And in ivra's quest list I don't see anything helpful, screens of all my quests are above. Apparently, an event has failed to be triggered, which one and how I don't know. Maybe I should post this in bug thread.

I think this is the best way to find out where the problem is, because I'm running out of possible solutions and it seems that nobody else have an idea. I'm sorry for that.

I had the same problem. This happened because you went to Kordar from demonis and not from Arlania. If you take the task of killing the 5 undead troops before speaking to elves you cannot continue. So, you completed the task before getting it. I found the fix on russian sites. Go to http://forum.1csc.ru/index.php?/topi...3#entry1071483
find on the page (posted by RusKonsul) file 1459289644.zip, download it and copy the content into your game folder/sessions/addon. This will activate the dialog option with the dwarf king in Kordar. Good luck.
