Trains modeling. Please pay attention for the shadows. It isn’t pre-rendering, it is a real time self-shading feature of 3D engine. Hi,
You may see again some very interesting details. Modeling of AAA in our new simulator means following (for example): Say, if the electricity generator of search light will be destroyed, then the search light wouldn’t work… then the effectiveness of anti aircraft guns also wouldn't be good. We are developing the simulation of ground AAA support in all areas, including radars, High Command, etc. It will work as a system: damage of one will have result in other. We did some uniqie feature. Fore these that are unable to draw well we did the feature "one click paint" of the aircraft skin and then you get it looking in the sim already with all details. However we still keep the feature of total redraw as well. I know many of you have been eagerly awaiting news. I hope this will be worth the wait. We are now at the stage where we'll be providing more regular updates. Remember when my Friday Updates happened every Friday? These shots today showcase the environemnt from a small test map that will be one of the online maps shipping with the game. We're working hard on finding the perfect visual balance, and many of the colors you see today are not final: sky, clouds, grass, trees, water, etc, are all being finetuned.
