Enh.. Actully they communicate more than most game makers.. Take SH5 for example, they released the game with bug galor, and within a month or two stop work on all support (patches, online support, etc) without saying a word.

Two wrongs don't make a right,just because they are slightly better than the SH5 lot doesn't make them good.
