I beg to differ. I'm a pretty hardcore KB fan. Yes, I did beat it with build 6246 with an original release saved game.

However, I had to use some user-patches mid-game (then removed them when the patches fixed them), could NOT finish all quests, had some weird behavior, and had a lot of game breaking balance issues too.

Even now there are some oddities that I can't quite say "yeah they intended for this" because they are such strange bugs / features now.

If I was just an average user, I would have quit eons ago. Restarting saved games? Yes, I realize they are willing to fix/patch people's saved games on the fly but it isn't well communicated nor is it done all the time. Yes, I know how to play the game so I know work arounds.

I loved Armored Princess to death, but Warriors of the North's initial release was done quite poorly. It is a potentially fantastic game, but some of these bugs are a little absurd especially since they aren't detailing "what" is being fixed in said patches.

"Pygmy fixed". Oh, so that means Pygmy was meant to let you kill a stack in one shot? <shrugs>.
