I'm desesperated. King of riftlands don't tell me nothing about dragons. Only i can buy warriors or leave. If i'm going to riftlands before kill dragons, but don't either.

Slow down, when you kill the 3 ice dragons you have to go to new kodar talk to the king there, after that you go to riftlands. Does your quest log updated after killing the 3 ice dragons for the dwarf questline? remember the 3 ice dragons we are talking about are in the cave by the royal griffin.
