I did try that, as I wrote in my post above. And as I wrote, too, that Il-2 ignores it.
The post is from February 2011. In the meantime I wrote YaDeLi, which solves this problem and those with my numerous extra boards, too. Artist

I have a feeling that it is the G940 circuit board on throttle that is telling Il-2 that there are rudder pedals at ID3. I am about to do this mod myself so I am very interested in any information.
