If you feel you are unable to answer this question then maybe you can explain how we report this as a bug? You have already mentioned that many in the Dev team cannot understand the English language, so how do we get it across to the Dev team in a way they can understand it and and hopefully fix it?

I'll make special threads for this problems in the future.
