Don't forget your fins and a snorkel...

Earth is 7926 miles wide, Mars is 4,217 miles wide.. we may have "some" flooding

I imagine the appearance of Mars would change quite a bit.
Maybe something like this...

oh and i thought it would be dificult to contaminate it all

according my studies in high sea if you have a convenience flag as 80% of ships its the law of the stronger or smarter, you can do as you please
