I have been using Ver 1.0 since it came out.

My problem is with Ver 2.0. Everytime I try and run it I get the following error.

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling application may fix this problem.

My game is installed in the proper form
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946

I have re-downloaded thinking it might have been corrupt and I have tried installing in different locations.

Hi Demon.

First thing I can think of with that error message is that something is wrong with the .dll files that are included with the program.

Do you run the program from the folder it is delivered in?
Do you have any other Qt .dll files (from different versions) that may be in your system path?
What OS are you running? I have tested the applet with Vista SP1 and XP SP2 and SP3.

Another thing to check could be the version of the Logitech software, I am using version 2.02.101

My Logitech was at 1.03.193 so I updated to 2.02.101

I am running XP Home SP3 now but also tried it with SP2

No Qt .dll files in system path.

Re-downloaded installed per instructions and I get the same error. It just has to be a setting in my machine that I haven't found yet. Well I have been meaning to do a clean install of XP so this gives me an excuse.

Thanks for the help Mhondoz Ver 1.0 works like a champ still

Ok, I see.

It could of course be a regular bug in my code that makes it crash . If you want to work with this, I can create a debug build that outputs more information of what is going on. Maybe we then are able to track down what is happening.
