It took what, 3 posts, before a perfectly constructive effort took a turn for the worse?
Everyone stick to suggestions on how to improve things and get over your emotional issues.
Suggestions = on topic
debating/speculating on why, when, how, what happened, if things will change, why they won't change, why everyone else posting here is wrong = off topic and will be treated as such
If someone doesn't have suggestions to make then one doesn't have anything on-topic to post. I'm going to be heavily moderating this thread and make sure nobody can turn it into a personal venting venue.
Fair warning given, if anyone wants to go back and edit or rephrase posts to be more on-topic it would be welcome as well, if this trend to destroy the thread persists posts will disappear and possible "vacation tickets" handed out.
