Well all the lines that have NV on them should be = 1, so something is indeed wrong.
In the setup you have to choose Geforce6xxx..9xxx/FX/4/3 so you did that right. Does your conf.ini look like this under GLPROVIDER and GLPROVIDERS? Code:
[GLPROVIDER] GL=Opengl32.dll [GLPROVIDERS] Open GL=Opengl32.dll DirectX=dx8wrap.dll
