I have the latest beta nVidia drivers, with CSAA 16x. And also Custom Skins off in the Network settings.

What are your specs and did you use the framerates limited on the NVIDIA drivers or the one the OP posted?

My specs in sig. No frame rate limiters, neither nVidia or the one of the OP. BTW I just tested it for an hour, so it's not conclusive at all. But I didn't have stutters, which were quite frequent before even in free flight/high alt, like every 5-10 minutes.
