Do you before installing the patch:
1. Let steam check your files. (for ati users delete/rename the Logo.wmv) 2. Delete the cache files in "..\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\cache 3. Apply the patch 4. Start the game, run a mission, end the game. 5. Start the game again. (at second start the stutters normaly gone)
