I usually listen to period music when I'm flying.

I fly a bit more in WWI than II.

A few Winamp/Shoutcast playlists/stations (may work in other players)
1920s & 1930s Popular Music and Jazz
1920s Radio Network
1940s UK Radio
WWI Era Music (turn on shuffle)
Jack Benny 1939 (turn on shuffle)
