I have no idea who the publisher is. I guess it's 1C Company?

My video card is 9800 GTX and driver version 7.15.0011.7474, I'll also be sending you the dxdiag file.

Please help solve this problem if you can. I'm already running the game in the same resolution as with my desktop.

EDIT: I think I found the source of the problem. Apparently, the resolution in the game won't get higher than 1280x800*59

My desktop resolution is set to 1680x1050, and the resolution in the config file is also set to 1680x1050. Lowering my desktop resolution and setting in config file to 1280x800 doesn't fix the problem. And in the game setting I'm stuck with 1280x800*59.

Installed the lastest driver and the mouse is still off. Attach the dxdiag file in the reply email. Let me know if you don't get it.

FIXED the problem. WOohooo! I was having the same problem with Crysis, and I was searching for a solution in crysis forum. Here is the solution for someone who's having the same problem.

Right click on desktop > Personalize > Window Color and Apperance > Open Classic appearance properties for more color options. Change from Window Aero to Window Vista Basic.

This fix the problem.
