To be fair the reason I know this is because they were public about it on their webste with tutorials on how to do it. My point is the level of seriousness of it all - It's almost like it's real, whereas I see gaming as entertainment.

Fact remains that if a pilot wanted to score big, he'd fly eastern front

Your disparaging remarks confuse me. Are you insinuating that these Russian guys aren't also entertained?

No, I think that some of the crews just have a completely different attitude to 'western' players.

There's lots of people in the West that also mod their sticks, check any of several dozen Youtube videos on how to do it. It's all in how serious you are, and how much quality you want out of your gear.
