I already own IL-2 1946 but only tried it for a very short time a few years ago.

I also need the Windows 7 64 bits drivers to some Ch products that I have. Their website is not working for downloads today.

Mission4today has all the patches you need. The site requires registering though.
They can also be found on this forum, although you have to scroll back the history quite a bit to find them.

Assuming your DVD version is 4.07, you need all of these 4.08 -> 4.09 -> 4.10 -> 4.10.1 -> 4.11. Mission4today has a mega patch up to atleast 4.10.1 which should make this a bit easier.
