As Feuerfalke says, this is going to happen.
Actually, I think this is one of the major improvements of SoW engine, compared to IL-2's and a huge bet for Oleg and his team.

Yes I'd guess it takes alot of time and effort to get these things right. I'm very glad to read those quotes in Falke's post, time will to what extent they've gone with it

It will be interesting to see how this sim will "feel" on a force feed back stick.

Take Offs and especially landings will be a lot more interesting with real wind and turbulences. I hope the SOW based Korea will feature carrier operations.

Well I've been trying the wind mod from AAA...and it is really good...

Previously the AI were useless at decision making but petty much by the book at flying...but with this the field is leveled...watching them crabbing along across the wind is fun....and the wind takes them well off-course from their assigned waypoints...they act like rookies as if they don't know what wind is and how to react to it......lol
