I would think the IL is .Net or .Net framework what version I have no idea.

Not being too conversant with programming myself I'm sure someone will come along soon and comment.



I take it the Launcher.exe drops off of the processes list completely and isn't running at all ?



TBH I remember over 3 years ago with the Win7 rc's busting a blood vessel tweaking them around,
I'm not that bothered this time around as I'm not going to be developing any metro Apps myself I'm happy to wait,
but might have a tinker with it as I have it on a separate HD not VM'd I can swap the drives over.
