Make the mouse pointer disappear?

I hate the mouse pointer, I would prefer a simple + instead of an arrow then it wouldn't kill the immersion like it does now.

Letting dissappear the pointer after 3 seconds is a good idea imo. Best would be an option "Let mouse pointer dissappear after 3 sec"

I just move the mouse in the upper right corner, it is hidden there....dont like to press F10 always....
