Default Flight Sim Headsets And TS3

Do any of the more experienced flight sim users have suggestions for a good headset that also works well with teamspeak?

Well any headset with a built in mic will work with TS3. I have used expensive Sennheissers, and cheap no name headsets, and personally can't tell much difference, but I'm probably a bit deaf after to many years using heavy machinery!

I use these: http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/speake...s/devices/8609

They're cheap but they get the job done. I just wear them around my neck, with the sound coming out of my desktop speakers. They connect via a standard headphone jack on the front of the PC.

My wingman uses these: http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/speake...s/devices/8611

He swears by them. They're USB, though, so if you're like me and have a lot of USB devices and not that many USB ports you might find it irksome.

Thanks for the feedback... although I'm also interested in hearing if people have preferred headsets to use for flight sims (or ones to definitely stay away from).
