Just remember it does take a little while for the 1st time steam handshake to occur. Leave your server running for a few hours to begin with. If it doesn't show up, you can do what we did to get it to show up. (the link above) If the server ultimately will never perform the handshake (like ours did after an OS reinstall) adding it as a favorite will allow it to show up, but it is only a temporary solution. The next time you start it up you'll have to re-add it - rinse and repeat.
