That Kashiide is working on the Ki-45 is no secret (i.e. http://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php?topic=14133.0).
And that he is working with support of us, is also no secret. Generally no place for rumors. Same with JP... he is/was working on the Ki-44 for a long time. And he is working with support of us. Only really new thing maybe is, that Kashiide was welcomed as a full core member of Team Daidalos meanwhile, because he did a really great job.
