How to Bypass Tutorial?

I'm on XBOX so I guess I'm hosed.... have started and restarted the game a dozen times, stuck in the same spot every time

I never had a problem with the tutorials. There were a couple of places where I was a little bit confused but just follow the instructions and it should work out fine.

Are you doing the tutorials in Realistic or Sim mode?

I assume the important issue here is you being able to give commands to your wingmen and/or respond in a reasonable way to the orders given by your wingcommander. My experience is that it's aquestion of control-settings, and it depends on wether you use a stick or the ps3-ctrler. Happy flying mate!

sigh... no luck so far, just don't know what it is expecting me to do as it stops
giving commands after the "bank your wings" part....the instructor acknowledges that input but then stops talking, so I can't go any further

using the XBOX version BTW, with standard controller

are there any patches that I need to install etc that might be relevant?

Tough luck mate. The only patch around is for the PS3.
Disc-check is next I guess...
