I have the same problem...with "simple" engine management both engines are selected by default.
In the absence of a lockable tail wheel this plane is impossible to take off in "Simple" engine mode no matter how much rudder you put to the Left...it will spin to the right...uncontrollable...

and what's more about the Blenheim...why can't I load it up with bombs?
