I ended up making my own. And right now I really like it. It's pretty simple. Just Yaw and Pitch, with X axis so I can lean side to side when taxing.

On my setup all the other axis just came across as annoying. For zoom I set the 3 FOV cockpit views to my x52 slider like I did with my TrackIR 3 in IL2. Works great.

I also put in a nice large deadzone so I can look straight ahead easily.
