Guess #1 Dynamic weather system - obviously lacking in any combat sim

Guess #2 Improved dynamic lighting system - Landing lights, navigation lights, ambient city/town lights, light pollution, improved vehicle lights, etc.

Guess #3 Ground operations - you can start from outside the plane, the ground crew will take care of you plane, like rearming and refueling (all animated), you can get in static planes, etc
I'd say any of the above, plus Guess#4:
The ability to schedule flights to start under AI control and plan waypoints for them from within the server lobby, pick a couple of aircraft and password protect them, then spawn into a bomber midway towards the target.

Not so useful now, but very useful for future add-ons with bigger maps/distances to fly: set up those B-17s to take off while you're at work, spawn into your aircraft somewhere over the North Sea once you're back home and finished dinner, fly the interesting part of the mission, then hand the aircraft back to AI control if you want to skip the trip home, instead of having to fly anywhere between 3-6 hours for a complete sortie.

All of it tracked by an online dynamic campaign stats system, so that the extra incentive to nurse your crippled bomber home is there instead of leaving it to the AI to both the emergency landing.

Or Guess #5, the dynamic campaign itself.

Well, we can dream, can't we?
After all things do seem to be definitely looking up currently, beyond any reasonable doubt.
