About the same as the last time I was asked this question.

Alpha, if you read my post i wasn't asking for a refund, i made a complaint against the lack of information 'after' purchasing a half finished game. It was the 1c rep who suggested a refund, you may also note the lack of an apology, concern and the pass the buck mentality.

Im helping to fix the game by reminding those that sold it to me that I am still here, what exactly are you doing big boy?

The Subforums are full of information for the devs

Thats why they are there.

You expect them to reply to everything you ask in the general forum

"Luthier fix this"

"Luthier fix that"

"Luthier wheres my friday patch"
etc etc etc

It repetitive boring and serves no purpose other than whining.

If you want to contribute do as the many others do. quietly and informatively in the sub forums.

That is by no means "helping".
For the most part you seem to just enjoy the attention that you get with your I'm still here-posts.
I don't know, but if I were the developer and constantly reading posts with bitter comments on how bad the game is, I would just be annoyed and the result would be down right counter-productive.

David, stop stirring the pot please. I've seen some of these guys derail perfectly good threads, in this case however it's you who started baiting them into derailing a valid one, maybe because you disagree with the implied message, i don't know.

Like i've said however, moderation is not primarily concerned about the message but the attitude: people can be critical or praising of the game as long as they are decent to each other and stick to a reporting style (as in reporting one's experiences, not acting like it's some kind of absolute truth that everyone else should accept).

I will never ban someone for saying "this and this needs to be fixed/works perfectly for me, what is your opinion guys?". People who get the ban-hammer treatment are those who go "this is broken beyond hope/this is better than sliced bread and if you don't agree with me you're a $%$%@%&".

You can invite your sparring partners to take the personal exchanges to the arguments and off-topic sticky, or you can go on a bit longer and i can take it there for you and whoever else decides to join in the fray, and i say this with a 100% calm demeanor. We all have our little boxing ring of a thread now, no need to scare off innocent bystanders if we want to engage in a bit of a verbal punch-up

I might not agree myself with what i suppose Tree's implied message might be, but:

a) it's my job to remain impartial, as long as his thread is within forum rules he deserves an on-topic thread just like anyone else
b) it's my job to remain impartial, if he flies off the handle the situation will be dealt with
c) it's my job to remain impartial, so if you keep baiting people you're no different than the ones you're baiting, talks will be had with the senior moderators and they'll take it from there.
