This isn't good in the 109. If you look at it, the case of the switch with four positions, but the button moves only three positions. The bottom and center position totally wrong.

The 109 switch has only 3 positions!
(Rpm +) <- (neutral) -> (rpm -) And that is correct.

This now totally wrong on the switch. It was a topic already on this forum, but nothing change. ![]()

Feathering the prop (Segelstellung) is necessary if one of your JUMO 211D engines is shot out or damaged and or not producing usable power. Failing to feather the prop on a dead engine may produce so much drag that the one good engine may not be able to keep the aircraft in the air.

It should work on the 109 and i guess on the 110 too, maybe for a couple of the bombers as well but it's not yet.
For the rest of the aircraft, the control logic that applies is that "if it wasn't present in the real aircraft, pressing the keys in the sim does nothing". In other words, you can't set prop pitch in the Tiger Moth even if you mapped your controls correctly, because it only has a fixed pitch propeller. This is the way everything else works as far as controls go, from flaps and gear extension mechanisms to wheel brake systems. |
