This is all Greek to me. You mean there is no commercially available products that already do this?? You have to build one from scratch?

Many of the guy's here are pretty hardcore. I for instance have been into flightsiming for well over 10 years, and I don't see that as changing, so spending a little time building a "button box" or even an entire cockpit isn't so out of line for us. That's where these answers come from.

Back to the original question... Can the Saitek Switch Panel be used with either IL2:CloD or IL2:1946? I have acquired one but it doesn't seem to work like a USB Joystick device... Prior to this I have built a left console using the guts of a basic joystick which was much cheaper than the Universal Joystick Controller BU0836X. I designed it to bolt to the Saitek Throttle Quadrant Desk Clamp. ![]() I designed some electronics to use all 8 point of views and to have a Jettison all that operates both the Tank and Bomb at once wihout using another input. The Saitek Pro Flight modules are for FS only. You can't use them in any other game. Exception is the Saitek Pro Flight TPM System.

Hmmm - Bit gutted as it would be really useful.
I have heard someone has made it work for X-Plane. I am hoping that someone might look at this to make it work for IL2:946 and IL2:CloD |
