Not to beat a dead horse or anything, but......
With regards to the whole NG debacle, if an artists creates a painting or drawing depicting an NG aircraft from WW2, do you think that he/she would be called upon to pay a similar fee to NG if the prints are sold commercially? Does anyone know if this has ever occurred, and on what legal basis? |
