GPU still over-temping

This game is seriously about to fry my $500 video card because of bad code. I keep seeing screenshots showing GPU temps in the 50s and 60s while my GPU usage remains at 99 % with temps in the low 90s. This is with my fan at almost 85 percent. Why is my GPU usge staying pegged at 99%?? There is absolutely NO fluctuation just a straight line. Its not my card, my fan, or my box. Every other game doesnt have this problem.

Ok, first of all "bad code" doesn't "fry your video card" You didn't post any specs, but mine is an ATI 6970 and the fan runs so low in COD I cannot hear it.. How long have you had the card? There are other games out there that are MORE GPU intensive than COD.If you card is in the low 70's for normal use something is not right, doesn't sound like the cooler is working properly..
