Exact Card I have. EVGA GTX460. So maybe its a issue with DX9 and this card and not a flaw in the card itself. Wont be able to upgrade for another month or so to test and see if changing OS's fixes my graphics bug with this card. Till then Im having to use my Good ol'e trusty EVGA GTX260!

I don't know, I had no troubles playing Rise Of Flight and other games with this card with XP and DX9...
