Launcher crashes after patch! Game unusable.

I reinstalled everything in the redist folder multiple times and restarted the computer after each attempt. I also did check that line in the conf.ini, it was as you have written.

Heinden, with Win7 and a DX10 card you should be running the game D3D10_0
what did c:\Users\xxx\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\ say ?

I deleted the softclub folder because someone suggested it, but since the game won't launch anymore I cannot view those files.

Is there any antivirus programs blocking your launcher.exe or any .dll file?

Guys I had to deleate COD and Steam (all of it) and reinstall. Then restart my rig now all is well.

Delete the conf.ini.
Get in the game and set the graphics conf and go back to the desktop.
I had similar problem and it worked.
