A large playable plane list spanning from 1910 - 2010 with all planes and systems accurately modeled.
Maps and a dynamic campaign for every theater of air warfare that accurately reflects the number of planes, ground units and personnel used in each operation. An AI that passes an aerial Turing test and is in every way indistinguishable from human pilots. Similar AI for ground units. Those are the first things that spring to mind.
