Got to love all these "experts" that obviously know what MGs or Cannon sound like from the cockpit of a WWII Hurricane/Spit/109 in combat.

Personally I have never had that experience, but I'm willing to accept that the dev team has done some research on this matter and actually have a fair idea of what it should sound like.
